I'm also having p0014 code.
We have checked everything on the list, another thing that comes to my mind is possible bad wiring, or some kind of electrical problem.
could you please give me some kind of wiring diagram or just tell me what voltage or electrical resistance values should I be geting on both solenoids, for both wires?

There are no resistance values available for the solenoids. They are 12 volt solenoids, so one side ground, one 12 volt. You can monitor function using a lab scope, look at control circuit voltage current.
