Can the car be up on drive up ramps to get into radiator service mode or does the weight have to be off the wheels?

Weight should remain off wheels. if on a two-post lift, you can slightly lower with wheels touching ground, but try to keep it minimal.

May want to look into the QuickJack unit if you don't have any other lifting options in your garage.
