This article is for a 2011 Mini - mine is a 2012 S. I'll search to see if there is a similar article for the 2012, but the two are probably the same configuration. Many thanks for this tech article! Also, aren't there fuses for the radio and amp in the fuse box in the passenger compartment?

The article should work for your vehicle. Let us know if it is similar. There will be fuses in the fuse panel for the radio.
