My 2010 Mini Turbo has an oil leak, as observed by the oil being about 2 quarts low 5W30 Synthetic Oil after about 3000 miles since last oil change. However, there is no evidence of any leak in the garage or on the engine that I can see. Where is the oil going?

You are likely burning the oil.
