Greetings, Captain.
Thanks for all you continue to do for Ukraine. My wife says, "God bless him!"

Greetings Billiam, thank you and I think your wife is lovely!
Very happy to say one of our 4x4's is still in active service

Apologies gents for lack of up dates, last 18 months has been a blur, too much at times, spent half my work days in Japan, half my weekends in Japan, or travelling to/from Japan, done 10x trips and even worked 9x weeks straight of 11.5hr days

At last weather has turned here, clocks have gone forward today so decided I needed to get busy on this again

Only a small job, wanted to do this forever, since buying our house at auction at our local pub one evening back in 1999

Going to hide the electrical mains meter box (where the electrical companies wiring joins my house wiring) behind something more in keeping

Electrical company fitted a smart meter a few weeks ago, super helpful technician, had him to rip out some old, obsolete wiring, looked after him with tea and biscuits

Before

1st job was carefully smash a big hole in my house before the rebuilding can begin

Forgotten how much I've missed and enjoy working on my house

Also how physically brutal, extreme DIY is, need to toughen up as got lots to do

Before I forget, exciting news....

Well at least for me as I'm hoping I can swing a part time, menial work, retirement job at a new local business

Tom Hartley Jr is busy building a fancy new hypercar, classic car, competition car showroom a couple of miles away in my hood

Has probably sold more and sells more multi million $£ cars than anyone in the world

Recently brokered the deal to sell Bernie Eccelstone's 69x car, $650m/£500m F1 car collection to Mark Mateschitz, part owner of Redbull

Below are updates of his man cave build on YouTube and I'll post new updates here as and when he does

I do admire what you take on - phew. And succeed at.

Last but not least; the house is looking good.
