So amazing that CVK makes nearly everything in house. No sourcing parts, engines, etc from other carmakers like most small automakers do.

Isn’t the engine a Ford design but with a vastly upgraded block and parts?

I’ve only seen one in person and the fit, finish, and attention to detail were flawless.

Very interesting company and cars but my lottery car would still be a Carrera GT . Saw one years ago at an AX in Orlando and the sight/sounds were just incredible I've been hooked ever since . Now where's my winning ticket ? :D

This gets addressed in the Leno vid. The answer is no they are not. My impression is that the entire car is unique to Koenigsegg. Pretty remarkable on several levels.

I think they started with a Ford design as the basis but then totally re-engineered it, and now they build it entirely.
