How could he personally divert significant company funds?
Was anyone in finance watching at all? How could the bank allow such a transfer without review or review or notice? (Knowing the difference between the two entity owner of accounts) Most customers would automatically think paying a check to "Champion Autosport" instead of "Champion Porsche" was the same thing.
