Surprisingly Fred, Alaska, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama head the list for gun deaths per capita.
Illinois comes in at # 34

Maybe my google searches are turning up all fake news, but the stats I'm finding have been eye opening.

Thanks for the suggestion Dantilla.

Cheers Richard

Don't take the word of some guy posting on the internet, or the latest bubble-head with a microphone on the news. Please look up the statistics of gun crimes over the last several years. Quite revealing.

If one lives in an urban area, they tend to associate guns with crime.
Those in rural areas use them as just another tool. This one protects their livestock from predators, and puts dinner on the table.

Could you please help me find stats that support the idea that gun violence or deaths in the US are not a large problem, share a good link or two if you would.
I'm just not finding them.

I did live in Honolulu for a few months in the mid 70s, otherwise I've only lived in very rural areas.

Thanks Richard

Sig sells various sized frames for their 320 series for around $50. no ffl as the serial number is on the removable chassis.

if Sig, a co known for overpriced accessories and parts, is happy with $50 for a FINISHED frame I'd have to wonder just how bad you're getting reamed at twice that.

Randy,
Nice build I wish I could make one too but no longer allowed in California...how does it shoot?

In all seriousness, nice build!

Sig has a great marketing plan with the P320 system.

The P80 build shoots great. I’m extremely pleased with it. I rarely shoot the compact (G19) Glocks as I find the G17 platform to have superior balance and recoil impulse. This new frame may be changing my opinion. Feels great and shoots even better.

The concept is interesting, but what happens if a LEO tries to run the numbers, and there aren't any?

If I had some Glock parts around this is what I would do. I can't stand the trigger on Glocks (or any of the Ruger P series semi auto spoons for that matter) and the grip angle could be better on them.
