Not an interesting car, I'm sure, but what is that 2 door car just to the left of the clock in this photo?

I looked at both to the above, and neither seems correct. The Capri and the Hornet both had a concave rear line, even on the hatchback. The car in the photo looks convex. And I can't find anything that matches those tail lights.

The bumper in the photo almost looks like someone did a home repair.

I really should not be spending my time on such a meaningless search.....

My first thought was the Mercury variant of the Pinto..the Bobcat.
But I think it may well be the AMC.

This was a case for death.

My grandfather's 70 Ambassador wagon. Drove it for several months while I was between functioning Alfas in the late 70's. Ughhh... Family Truckster
