Drawing circles on a picture
I can take a photo with my phone, transfer it to my computer and then use MS Paint to draw a circle around something in the photo. Unfortunately, the line forming the circle is pencil-thin. Can I use MS Paint to draw a thicker line through the photo?

What version of Windows/Paint?
I have Windows 7, and my Paint has an icon for "size" which allows me to change the thickness of the line. ![]()

A cheap "paint" program is paint.net. You can get it for free and they only ask for donations.
I have used it for years. https://www.getpaint.net/index.html

You may also be able to do it on your phone depending on the make/model.

I was going to mention that, but thought that it wold be easier to answer the question the way the OP asked, vs trying to go a different direction.
