Both my parents had false teeth by the time they were thirty. I am old enough to remember having teeth out when I was put out with gas. Woke up with my mouth full of blood. I still have most of my teeth intact. I brush and floss twice a day but to the OP you are right to floss/brush after every time your eat.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/support/smileys/clap.gif

Even after flossing I find that using a water pick flushes lots more food bits out. I mix 50/50 water and listerene to kill any bacteria while I am at it.

i just add a "splash".

you all may not know this..but i am borderline OCD. i have now turned my "powers" towards my teeth. i totally enjoy practicing F.B.I. (floss, brush and irrigate)

the crap that falls out with the flush is pretty remarkable. i will be sorely disappointed if my dentist doenst notice a difference (improvement)

i bought the waterpik from Costco. it came with a travel unit. i use it in hotels. if is stupid loud. hahah.
