Ginger, Brown Sugar, cloves, allspice Brine and aerobatics are apples, (or oranges), rosemary, sage and marjoram with onions. Olive oil the skin, and bake that bad boy up!

My MIL used to make an oyster stuffing plus a regular stuffing when my FIL was still living. I miss that oyster stuffing, it was tasty.

Usually extra turkey bits/giblets, and when ready to eat, some gravy over the top.

This.
My wife does the whole things solo. My job is to entertain the kids. Our closest family is 7 hours away, so we don't travel or have visitors.

I never would have believed this worked until I tried it. Trust me, it's awesome.

Not just oysters, but smoked oysters! Also throw in sausage, apples, celery, chicken stock, walnuts, and thinking of cranberries this year.

Parsley - everything, especially carbonara
Sage -'fatty meat - beef pork etc but sparingly Rosemary - with lamb and garlic, but be careful rosemary is a dominatrix Thyme - pretty much goes with everything and works with all of the above I grow all and it's great to pick fresh and add to any dish. Add oregano and basil to the list also.
