Not mine! But to fully understand why you'd have to go back a page or two to figure out why. I'm doing great right now.

Mine is doing fine. I have a low exposure to equities since I am retired.

I balance my holdings every quarter so I have been taking profits during the run up. Trying to time the market is most difficult.

I even sold my MJ and schit....;)

Have never have attempted to "time" in my life....always "in" and adding. No mas....

Mine is returning exactly what I planned at this point last year...and I am happy too.

I'll put a bit back in equities later...but not anytime soon. It's my "new normal"...

Folks paying "cash"...or buying while "borrowing" is still historically cheap? Serious question....

We all are fish in a pond where the FED is draining 50B a month from it. They are draining liquidity from the system..that you swim in. With roughly 600B drained you can see what it has done to Equities with RE being next and so on.

The net effect will be a deflation.

Majority cash. I sold 6 machines over the 8 days. 5 cash, 1 financed. The economy is pretty strong. That machine I joked with you about, sold this morning.

I'm out of inventory! I just bought another 180K but I don't think it'll be here before the year end. I'll be pushing hard to get them here though because there's a lot of money being spent for deductions.

The economy is the pond you are swimming in and the FED is DRAINING your pond by 50B a month. The effect is bank lending is drying up.

So look to the future if trends continue...remeber with just this much draining Equities are getting dicey. What will happen with further draining?

Time to become aware and not complacent..be cautious.

Remember one of the first things FDR did in 33 was take Gold out of circulation to.force people to keep using the Greenback.

I'm checking every tote in the barn trying to find one of my daughter's old "My little Pony" toys. If I find it, it's yours!

Nevermind :). For a couple of decades, my mom would ask what I wanted for Christmas...(nothing), so I would always say.....you guessed it. It's not pink, and not one of them suckers.....but she "got me good" about 6-7 years ago....it's on my desk in the other room.

....now I can go be naughty, take me off yer list ;)
