BK: You're wife needs to read the "Good Woman" post in the 911 forum. The hubby wants to rebuild a Moto Guzzi Monza engine in the living room. And she's good with that. I wonder if her couch throw pillows have little throw pillows of their own?

The secret I learned before marriage is to keep money separate,mine, hers, ours, keep the ours for house, kids, groceries, etc., mine is mine and hers is hers, works great going on 20 years we have never had a argument over money....

Been there, done that!
Instead of removing her stuff, you could have started adding some of your stuff, adding to the clutter...

How's that retirement cabin coming along ? :D Being a couple means there will be times of discontent it's just human nature . Try to discuss with her why this bothers you . Only you can decide how far to take the anger/revenge vs. the return of her anger/stink eye/huffing and puffing ;) I've been married for 41 years and the ebb and flow has taken many turns :rolleyes:

This is why I never comment on clutter in the house! I have my shop and barn... she has the house.

I have my shop area and the den in the house. The rest of the house is "hers". Just to be clear, "she" does have a few things in the den but it is not cluttered. My wife's motto is "If it's flat, then something has to be on it"! It's a gender thing!

I can honestly say all 41 years have been good . Having said that the last 5 dealing with menopause has created its own version of a " polar vortex " if you know what I mean :rolleyes: But I take the vow " till death do us part " pretty seriously .

So the story has a happy ending.
She wouldn't chill, so I figured I am already in the dog house so....
Cleared off another wall!!
Then went back out to the fire pit with plenty of new fuel.
She went ballistic, but she has a weakness.
She's 31 and at her peak. :D
Spanked her butt and took control for a couple of minutes.
BOOM, happy ending!!
Make up sex is awesome!!

She needs a stable rock in those times.
She will test the hell out of that rock

Found my brother's secret to de-cluttering, but you may not like it.

Slowly talks wife into renovation of some area of the house. Gives her a chance to play decorator from the ground up, After several renovations she decided if she does not use something in one year, it goes.

Am I the only guy here with a Ducati in the kitchen? :confused:

Iffn you think that's the end of it, you are in worse trouble than we thought.

That and listening to marital advise from a bunch of divorced guys, hopeless.

But still rooting for you anyways.
