Barebones Celeron pc? I would think after adding the ram, hd, software and anything else you might want, it would be easier to find a more complete machine, depending on what you wanted to do with it.

You can find a bunch of those on Newegg all day long.
That one is $129 on Newegg and at least is clear you need to bring your own RAM. Reviews are lukewarm as well. Total cost, as biosurfer noted, is going to be north of $130 (unless you’ve got a stash of spare compatible parts). Better off grabbing a complete NUC with better specs off Newegg

Yea, that is not a great bargain. Not bad, but not a bargain. Needs a better CPU and lots of RAM to be really a bargain.
