How soon can you wet sand new paint/clear ?

The graphics company told me they will do a good cleaning before installing . But I will wash the areas that are getting graphics myself with dish detergent before bringing them the truck . It can never be too clean ! My paint/clear/feathering is far from perfect but I think good enough . I don't think the minor imperfections will show through but time will tell . She's 18 years old and not a show truck !
