I've read the entire topic, but for some reason, no one has noted the history of the international struggle to ban cannabis. I have a friend who works in https://weedsmart.net/ and often boasted that they have the best product so I know quite some about this topic. That and the fact that I read another book that described how it all started in this industry, and so on. Most often, hemp was used only for the dried parts of the plant, as they had long and strong fibers that were used in the production of clothing, ropes, and sails. In addition, cannabis has been used in medicine as an ingredient. Medicine of the past was different from the modern one. Heroin and morphine were considered popular cures for many diseases. Their popularity provoked an unconscious addiction: by that time, about 5% of the US population had become addicted.

Originally a mind altering drug, causes synaptic nerve damage, brittle bones, health issues, denial, dependency, teens smoke the crap out of it. If a mature person really needs it, then there might be a issue with that person. Its a fad kinda thing, like the clicks in high school fade away, mature adults smoking it should fade away also. Kinda hard to have a mature convo with a 40 year old man doped up, or maybe a pilot of your plane is high, wonder how that will end up. Pro or con its here to stay, and unfortunatly the concquences could be drastic...
