"Sugery" is that some sort of new diabetes ailment, or is that a procedure that you have at the hospital under the care of a trained doctor ?

72 now. Retired once 2014. Shoulder & hip replacements. Kidney removal (cancer). At this rate there won't be much OEM gear left by 80.

I’ve never done both together. Never occurred to me.
PS studies have linked increased levels of dietary sugar with increased rates of diabetes and cancer, so I would not recommend starting when you retire

Retired in 99, called back from 00-03, then "retired" again. My retirement is managing my properties as it can be a full time job when **** goes down.
