What type of air chuck are you using for your motorcycle tires?
Hey folks.....I have one of those standard air chucks with a double head on an angle, but with my disc brake rotor, sprocket, and misc. surrounding parts....it's a little tricky to get the chuck seated properly on the tire stem.
Anyone have a air chuck that works for them on their hard to reach stems? I'm open to suggestions. TIA! ![]()

I chose to install a right angle valve on the tire for that very reason.

I once had a 6 inch bendy valve stem extender, used for truck tires. It screws on to your valve stem, and then there's another valve stem at the other end for you to put air. Buy a two-pack, then carry one with you on the bike too. Works very well, super easy.

Mine is about 3 inches long and the body of it is at 90° to the business end. It works fine, although on modern sport bikes with large front brake discs, it’s a bit of a challenge to get my hand in between the edge of the brake disc and the wheel rim.

I use a right angle one - and apply a liberal coat of profanity.

Every bike seems different.
At least all mine are different. The objective is to not scratch or nick the disks or wheels. Patience and perseverance is the best bet. And some will hold air all summer, and others, like my R nineT need air every two weeks. And that might be just to push it around the garage.

I have 3 or 4 of different length and angle. Seems to cover most/all variables. Same with pressure gauges.

OK thanks for the replies so far. Sounds like I'm not the only one who faces a challenge in doing this.
After my OP, I did some snooping on the Internet and found one on Amazon (see below) that I thought would work much better than my current approach. So I purchased one and it will be here Monday. I will post my thoughts after I give it a go. I like that is has a built in pressure gauge. Only $21.25 to my doorstep. ![]() TireTek TXL-Pro Heavy Duty Tire Pressure Inflator Gauge with Lock On Chuck Free Bonus Quick-Connect air Hose Plug ![]()
