Happy Birthday.
My oldest brother's birthday is today also. My mom was not pleased so she took it out on him every year with some sort of gag. I remember one year she turned a cake pan over and iced it, stuck candles in it and lit them. He was in for a surprise when he tried to cut the cake. Another time she took a long carpet needle and wove dental floss back and forth through a steak before frying it for him. It was like the worst gristle you could imagine. And then there was the time in high school when she invited all his friends over for a surprise breakfast before school. He stumbled downstairs in his boxers to a party. He survived it all.

When I wuz a youngin'...getting into bed was the cause for celebration and victory. I didn't get any younger or better lookin'...dayum. Happy b-day ya old fart.....right behind ya and life is good...no celebration...no victory

Yes I have a lot of years ahead of me, dad is 93 this year and driving and living in his own house ! I was born April 1st 1960 at 1am. That is what my mother told me. She was there lol. Retirement has been good so far. Left work at 55 with pension. And a younger wife that enjoys working, life is good. Thanks for the well wishes. Maybe I’ll see some of you at Hershey.
