Anyone go to Hershey yesterday?
Saw the forecast and begged off. How was it?

There were some empty vendor spaces, but a respectable amount of sellers. Not as many cars in the parking lot as I have seen in the past, but again, respectable. Either way, it was still very enjoyable to check out a few hundred Porsches and talk to the owners with my son.
The weather was cloudy, but warm (sweatshirts or T-shirts, and shorts). No rain when we were there (9:00 to 12:00).

I went and it was great. Got out right before the rain. Hopefully it came and went. I'll keep going until I pass or they stop. I love that area.
Curious, do you think these shows could go the way of the dinosaur? With the internet, sellers can reach out to a bigger audience than any car show could offer. I am not sure if it was the weather but I also felt like the # of Porsche's I would have seen driving around has shrunk. Weather or appreciated values? |
