That's how much fluid the podiatrist pulled out of the ganglion cyst on the front of my ankle. It feels so much better now. In the past six weeks I've had tendonitis on the bottom of my foot, tendonitis on my Achilles tendon, and plantar fasciitis, all on my left foot. The podiatrist thinks it is all caused by the cyst limiting my range of motion and putting pressure on various tendons.

I've been having issues on and off with this foot for 7 years. It's nice to finally be getting to a root cause and maybe a solution (surgery) next year.

Double that and you would have 10 cc....
Gotta be a song in that somewhere.
Not in love with the idea but it could lead to a dreadlock holiday or at least a little shock on the tube.....
Ok, I have had a couple of not so wee drams....

Glad that you have your foot issues resolved. Sucks not to be able to move around without pain.

Seems that might hurt enough to ‘cry’. I don’t know how to ease your pain.

Lovin' Spoonful was taken.

Eventually became Godley and Creme.

Two week update:

The day after I had the cyst drained I embarked on a two-day drive to Florida. Sitting for two days and healing up probably did me some good. Monday I went to Gatorland, Tuesday was Legoland, Wednesday was the beach, Thursday was Disney Springs, and Friday was the children's museum in Orlando. So lots of walking. Mind you, before having my ankle drained, I was having trouble walking from my car to my desk at work. The pain could be unbearable and trying to walk would just cause more pain and swelling. I've basically had zero issues since having the cyst drained. I've even been able to start running again. I still may need surgery, but things are good enough for now.
