100 degrees plus a degree or two all week in Raleigh
Real feel of 110 on Tuesday

Fairbanks Alaska will be 86 today.

We will probably be above 90 through the middle of July and then switch too cool rainy weather through August like last year.

Here in Lincoln, Nebraska, we have been over 100° for the last three days. It’s supposed to cool down a bit next week.

I've been out in this stuff helping my son install privacy fence at his home. UGH it was HOT the last two days. The quick dash back to my house to jump in the pool was nice but made me not want to go back to work. His neighbor lady came over yesterday and asked "could you have picked a hotter day to do this?" When I got there this morning at 7:30 and it was already 76 outside, I told her "I guess we could pick a hotter day to do this"

A genuine Horchata on a hot day is a nice respite.
Stay hydrated, 114 in AZ on the river, its a dry heat.

90 / 90 right now. Reminds me of boyhood summers. Only now I have AC!

7pm and 90 degrees out w/72% humidity.

I only did a couple hours worth of work today and it felt more like a half day's worth - or more!

Climate isn’t just some incidental thing. It affects human life in a very large way.

It is bouncing around high-80s low-90s highs here, dry though, not great for working outside at midday but fortunately I am a desk jockey Cools down to 60s at night which is great. Anyway with my minisplits working, I can pretty much have any damn temperature I want in the house . . . although we'll see what it costs. So far I've set them at 75F and that seems fine.

71 degrees at 10:30 AM, going for a high of 80 today with low humidity and a slight breeze. Typical summer weather!

We were in the 80's earlier but just had a rain event and it's dropped down to 73 now.

I was working on my bicycle earlier on my driveway that has two layers of 90% shade cloth over it where I park my Silverado. Boy that really helps! Have a pedestal fan going - and if everything goes OK it's not bad at all. It's when you run into problems with the work that you begin to heat up quickly! At least that's how it works with me. Today was pretty smooth sailing replacing both front and rear derailleurs on an older 24 speed I have.

Now I'm considering adding a third layer of shade cloth....ha. Too much?

It was pretty hot/humid today. I’m heading to the IMSA race tomorrow at Mosport. I’m packing lots of water

High 80s day, mid 50s nights. We've been opening some windows at night, closing them mornings & haven't used the HVAC for several weeks.

I’m in the middle of doing my deck replacement. It’s in the full sun all day long. I’m good for a couple hours early and then a couple hours after 3. Darn tools get too hot to grab.

I keep an umbrella on a wide spread light weight stand for just that purpose. We used to set if up over the miter saw on jobsites. It's also hard to mark lumber in the bright sun with a light mark (preferred so you don't have to sand it off before nailing). One stair builder contractor was adamant about that. Leave marks, leave the job.

Many times working in furnished, occupied houses so cutting inside was not an option. I've seen some do it anyway and face the wrath of the homeowner over the dust. Some guys just don't get it. I don't care if you have to walk downstairs and outside for each cut. You learn to measure for 3-4 cuts at a time and hope you hit it perfectly.

Ask look171 about this.

It was in low 90s, but out in the sun I was dying, weed eating, fixing silt fence, shoveling and blowing dirt out of the curb. 🥵
