Porsche priced Mustang?

Impressive engine stats and details here. But will it sell? Add a few options, you're talking a 6 figures Mustang.
760 horsepower and 625 pound-feet of torque.

$100K for a car today isn't as outlandish is it was not all that long ago. Leasing isn't for me but for a lot of people it's normal. Also, adjusting for inflation shines a new light on the relative cost of cars historically.

Ford's gotta do something to try and take the spotlight off of the upcoming C8 Corvette.

Who writes this siht?

"Alone in a dyno cell the Predator is in hibernation. Its core temperature reached zero degrees Fahrenheit. It hungrily awaits its next hunt for horsepower. Suddenly it snarls to life and revs freely to its peak output. Once the 5.2-liter V-8 reaches operating temperature, the engine stops firing and rests until it is chilled again. It endures enumerable deep-thermal tests as well as many high-speed cyclic dyno tests, which run the engine at speed for long durations."

And do you think he really meant enumerable?

There are a couple of new GTs running around with some body and suspension tweaks that make them look wide, low, and curvy - a nice combo that the new Camaros and Dodges can't seem to pull off.

Wow, what crap writing. That is just sad. And some crappy editing as well.

I heard the Camero is going to be killed. Chevy wants all eyes on the new Vette I guess.

I read an article last week that apparently you can order up an F-150 to $95K these days, and that GM is working on a Silverado that'll crack $100K!

No one ever got rich by over estimating the intelligence of the American public.

Saw this yesterday, not a fan of the tacked on looking fender flares. Looks too rocketbunny for my tastes. I would think a $10k, $12k or $15k premium package with new, wider sheetmetal fenders would look better and sell just as well if not better.

How long can you run it at the track before it over heats and the brakes are cooked?

What is the expectation for a street car? How cold will a race car’s A/C blow?

I love P cars, and I love American V-8s, and I see no conflict there.
