Any tricks for returning online prod to Sears Holding?
Not having any luck returning a defective item to Sears, (JCHs Wholesale)
Can't get anyone on the phone - or the number goes unanswered. I've been jumping through hoops with the on-line instructions as to how to return, but each path results in a dead end. Anyone got a relative in the business? FWIW, the item was a 26w utility light with a 25 ft cord. POS Did not work out of the box. ($90 bucks including shipping, so to me, it's worth pursuing.) When did you purchase the item? If it was before that last bankruptcy, you are probably SOL.

Yep, call your credit card company. That will get Sears's attention.
