Any tricks for returning online prod to Sears Holding?
Not having any luck returning a defective item to Sears, (JCHs Wholesale)
Can't get anyone on the phone - or the number goes unanswered. I've been jumping through hoops with the on-line instructions as to how to return, but each path results in a dead end. Anyone got a relative in the business? FWIW, the item was a 26w utility light with a 25 ft cord. POS Did not work out of the box. ($90 bucks including shipping, so to me, it's worth pursuing.) Thanks Bill k

When did you purchase the item? If it was before that last bankruptcy, you are probably SOL.
