Some harsh reality that I've experienced!

STOP Dating Single Moms!

I'm sure I don't agree with everything this guys says but he makes a lot of valid points.

He's brutally honest. That's refreshing but his message will be lost on most people who watch his videos because it's not PC.
When I was younger I believed the story book BS about love and relationships...

What I've learned is that your circumstances affect your life but you always have the power to make better choices.

(Thanks to "Rodsrsr" for sharing a video from this guy in a PARF thread)

Pop em out for the welfare..

I know one black woman that has had 10 children before she is 30..with multiple guys.

Her dad was retired Army and was a player.

Just what does "know" really mean?

Shaun @ Tru6 07-30-2019 03:03 AM

I made it in 1 minute before realizing the guy was a loser. Then jumped around to conclude the guy is a loser. Net net, guy is a loser so he can only date loser women.

People, pick up

Welfare mothers

Wow, you made it in one minute?
Not even half that.
Agree on the loser part and would like to add douche and wanker to the list.

What a respectful way to talk about women.
(PC has nothing to do with it)
His mom must be so proud...

Never got to the "valid" points he had to make.
I clicked out after the "women who have F'ed up their lives" comment.

wdfifteen 07-30-2019 04:17 AM

I listened to a little bit of it. The guy sounds like a jerk.

KFC911 07-30-2019 04:18 AM

Just to be clear....I rarely watch the clip these threads are about before commenting....

sammyg2 07-30-2019 05:49 AM

very predictable responses.
Notice he is talking about women who got knocked up and had kids but did not get married. That demonstrates poor decision making, poor character, and irresponsibility.
Excuses are the norm for "some". Shame on him!
Personal accountability is bad, expecting it is unreasonable and cruel.
bah

My father gave me some advice a long time ago (in so many words): be careful, your decisions have consequences. Do not get a girl pregnant out of wedlock, it will screw up your life and hers.
Don't hook up with a girl who has already screwed up her life, her mistakes will become yours.
Don't marry a woman who has been divorced, and don't marry a woman who's parents are divorced. If you do, she'll bail as soon as thing get rocky.
If you find a decent girl who' parents have stuck it out and made it work, it's likely she will too.

He was right, and I listened to him.
I married a good woman who had never been married and didn't have kids, and who's parents are still together.
I've been married once, over 27 years do far.
My three brothers listened too, and they've all been married longer than I have.
Four sons, no divorces, no bastard kids.

Interestingly, my father married a divorced woman with two kids and made it work (58 years until his death), but the sacrifices he had to make were impressive to say the least. A lesser man would not have pulled that off.
So he knew what he was talking about.

BTW, IMO the a-holes who get girls knocked up and walk away without even trying to be decent fathers should have their nuts cut off with a dull hack saw. A little at a time.

Some you guys wouldn't be able to handle the MGTOW forums.
(it's not anti-dating or anti-women, for the most part, but it is about throwing back the bad fish and keeping your head high regardless.)

In my limited experience with the free dating forums (I won't pay those scammer websites owned by one corporate entity) I've found the MGTOW gents are mostly right. They talk about so many familiar experiences from my own past which I didn't understand at the time.
1- When a woman starts off with "What do you do?" and won't accept a generalized answer she wants to know your income level and if your social status is complimentary to her own self-image. She is not interested in you. Never mind if you are a happy garbageman, an honest and loyal person, intelligent, and have an incredible skill-set of talents.

2- When she won't meet up for coffee or go dutch on the first date she is looking for a free meal.

3- When she says "My kids are my life" it means you will be lowest on the social totem pole and just a wallet on legs.

I sure like the idea of equality and partnership. Just wish it was a reality.

island911 07-30-2019 08:20 AM

Analyticals & emo's show who they are here. :)

To the emo's, I will say, the guy in the vid is . . . too effn verbose.

But that doesn't make him wrong. Neither does calling him a jerk.

madcorgi 07-30-2019 08:30 AM

The guy in the video is wearing both pinkie and thumb rings.

Not sure if that is an analytic or "emo" response.

GH85Carrera 07-30-2019 08:37 AM

I did not manage to find my wife until I was in my late 30s. I had to date a lot of women from my teen years to late 30s trying to find the right lady.

To my knowledge none of the women I dated were unmarried mothers. Most of them had a civil or decent even a good relationship with their ex husbands, and I met a few ex-husbands. It is rare to find a woman over age 25 that has not had kids.

Many of the ladies I dated were just looking for a break in the routine of being a mom, and dated me on the nights their ex-husbands had the kids. That was great for me. :D

One of my good buddies is in his 50s now and single after two marriages. He has a daughter that is an adult. At that age most women he dates have adult kids. He loves to go cougar hunting on Saturday nights. Catch and release program. I am so glad to be married for 27 years, and not out looking.

ramonesfreak 07-30-2019 08:37 AM

The thing that bothers me about the guy is his conclusion that because a woman finds herself being a mother without a male parent that she has “ruined her life”

If my mother had become a single mom, I have no doubt she would have said that I was the greatest thing that ever happened to her regardless of the challenges

This guy apparently assigns zero value to the life of the child and the rewards that being a parent brings to ones own life

At the end of the day, there are good people and bad people out there.

Shaun @ Tru6 07-30-2019 08:41 AM

Did a little googling and found out this guy was just turned down for the roll of Shaggy in a community theater production of Scooby Doo. Casting direction was, you guessed it, a single mom. He's a little fragile and emotional in the video but who can blame him, he's perfect for Shaggy. He was devastated, I don't blame him for lashing out. I hope Walmart will take his shirt back.

ramonesfreak 07-30-2019 08:44 AM

Lashing out at single mothers because he was denied the roll of shaggy? This guy is gonna have a rough ride in life

As my father used to yell at me when I was 10 “you wouldn’t last 30 seconds in the army”

Why spend so much time on a loser? Serious question.

I watched a few minutes, felt like he was a self absorbed ahole and moved on. Never giving him another thought until I saw this thread again.

He made some valid points even if he is a tool, what he does do is unwittingly make a very good argument for abortion. So I 'll give him that.

And, I agree with however above posted about his hand jewelry, a little over the top IMHO.

Then again, who am I to judge that cat is probably pulling huge $$ from monetizing his You Tube Videos.

I'll answer your tired old trope with another of your favorites, why do I occupy so much space in your head? You're like a stalker.

SERIOUS statement, no, really, very serious, you spent more time with your post than I did googling. LOL! SmileWavy

I was not trolling you. Seriously.

I was agreeing with you. He is a tool bag and his video is unwatchable.

YU so grouchy bro?

*edit* - I was only pointing out you spent more time contemplating the tool that I would ever give him.

Carry on.

pavulon 07-30-2019 03:08 PM

I bet that guy's mom was single cuz any dad worth his salt would not tolerate such a punk.

Shaun @ Tru6 07-30-2019 03:23 PM

It looks like (RED PILL) is a youtube channel dedicated to hating women... look at the title in the OP. I follow a few cooking and French channels and now red pill has infested my YT home page. Thank God for the 3 dots and "Not interested."

You PARFers should stay over there and not infest OT with your garbage. TIA.SmileWavy

pwd72s 07-30-2019 03:38 PM

Only watched the opening bit of the video...then thought: I'm 75, have been married to the same woman for 44 years. There is no way in hell this could ever be worth my giving it any thought.

I honestly do not pay much attention to you on here. This interaction? Wow!!

I am gonna do you a favor and put you on ignore in the morning when I am having my coffee on my PC getting my day started. This way you know for sure I am not stalking you. I can honestly say, from this point on I do not give a crap what you have to say anymore.

It is sad, some of you members here have really gone off the deep end these last 2+ years. I considered you one of the nice guys in the past.

What a bummer. I thought we were having fun here joking about a tool bag.

No worries, I will never respond in one of your threads again, nor reply to you again.

Yeah so single moms. Right?

Cajundaddy 07-30-2019 08:13 PM

Eeesh, the guy in the vid is a 1st order pig and his rationale describes more about his own absence of character than that of single moms.

... And yet, his broader conclusions are not completely wrong. Dating or marrying a single mom is statistically bad for you, bad for her, and most importantly bad for her kids. Just the plain facts.

Absolutely agree, 100%.

Would I accept life coaching from this guy? ... No but he makes some valid points.

The biggest problem here is his delivery. He's brutal and that puts people off.

aigel 07-30-2019 08:54 PM

WTF?

Do people take any notes or at least think through what they are about to say? Or do they just start babbling and then hope to cut it together into a coherent content?

I want my 30 seconds back.

And I am glad I don't have to go to YouTube for dating advice.

He's brutal in that he uses absolutes. Some people get hung up on any point because its not absolute. For example, he says, "Her kid will always come first." While that is actually a good point, he overstates the truth by insisting that this is fundamental... that there are no exception. Clearly there are exception... Some people will appreciate that he's pointing out a potential problem, others light their hair on fire with disgust because he's overstated the point.

Interestingly to me is that his rather trolly method is quickly becoming all the rage (pun) in politics. The Left & Right.. AOC & POTUS... they overstate things just enough to bring controversy.. which in turn gets people talking about say "concentration camps" or who's going to pay for a wall.

Clearly, with the exception of Rawknee, ALL of the OT camper lose their sheet like crying babies when ever confronted with a dash of hyperbole. (see what I did thar?)

I think people get annoyed by hyperbole because its not exactly useful but unfortunately has become the language of political conversation. As a PARFer you know that you only way for you to be understood or accepted by your right leaning buddies is to employ hyperbole. Hyperbole gets you noticed and you enjoy that. Just like the ultra left paints anyone slightly right of center as racists and Nazis, the ultra right has to describe dems as soviet style dictators. Unfortunately, this is turning people away from meaningful conversations about issues.

Tobra 07-31-2019 09:00 AM

Yorkie, you are just like Shaun, attaboy!

In case my previous post was unclear.

My reply to Shaun's "Irony" with a ROFL smiley face was intended to convey that he decries all things PARF, and disparages the level of discussion and maturity, then goes on to do the very thing he is complaining about. In case this post is unclear, Yorkie, you just did the exact same thing. In case either of you are wondering, it makes you look like hypocritical, sanctimonious douchebags, not that there is anything wrong with that.
