There is some info that a trainer gave him the drugs. The second biggest problem with illicit drugs is no one knows what is actually in them!

The dosages for Fentanyl are like LSD.

This should come as a surprise to exactly nobody. While I understand that those in the situation are not in a frame of mind that would lend itself to considering the implications of "proper" dosages, it doesn't take long to begin building a tolerance to the drugs which only makes the issue a bigger set-up for disaster accelerating the spiral down the drain.

I don't see the issue getting better any time soon.
