Good Securities Attorney
Anyone have one they like working with?
Need an opinion letter on some 1933 SEC restricted stuff so I can get the certs released. Also need to pick their brain on a couple of other smaller things. Who here knows how to determine if an Emerging Issuer has converted to an Established Issuer and if they have when. Or the conditions that may trigger that automagically. It's a Canadian stock escrow issue.
