Brian and Marion Redman missing in Bahamas!

Just got that note...I've met Brian a few times and he is a great guy and racing rep for events....hope they are ok.
The note I got...

They were at a friend's home on Man-O-War Cay off the Bahamas.

The location the home is 26°35'32"N 77°00'24"W

To help rescuers locate them see the attached photos of the house they are in.

Please share with anyone who you think may have access to this part of the ABACOS via News Crews, Helicopter, Sea Plane or Boat.

a little update....

As of late Tuesday, their son James Redman had received word from a second-hand source they were alive, but their condition is unknown on the small Man-O-War Cay/Dickie’s Cay Island, which was hit by the storm.
Efforts to reach them through the U.S. Embassy in Nassau has been unsuccessful, and with restricted travel to the region, imploring search and rescue responders to locate the racing family, or those with the means to reach and extricate the 82-year-old and his wife, is the only answer Redman has found.
“We are working a few different angles from people who’ve offered to help, and have heard from a friend on the island that checked in on them, but still haven’t made contact with them, ” he said. “And so we will keep searching for ways to get them home.”

Seems like "MISSING" is not the accurate term. Considering that communication is down everywhere.........

With the island decimated like the pictures we all saw on the news, and amount of storm surge that they must have endured, that are very lucky not to be floating face down somewhere in the surf.

This!

Dorian sure did not sneak up on anyone. With it zooming along at 1 MPH anyone with any resources at all could get out of there.

They rode it out in the home of a family friend. Son James Redman, who had been frantically trying to locate his parents, heard from the son of the house's caretaker that his parents had survived the storm and were among those waiting to get off the island.
sounds like they made it okay
