9/11

I always get a little sad after Labor Day, and then I remember a perfect crisp Fall day way back when.

We remember the fallen, and all those who went into harm's way to do what they could to save as many as they could.

I want to thank all Firefighters, LEOs and First Responders today. Be safe.

People say ''Never Forget''. I can't imagine how it would even be possible.

WPOZZZ 09-11-2019 02:07 AM

Thank you to all the first responders for all you have done and will do! Stay safe. RIP to those that have fallen.

sc_rufctr 09-11-2019 02:24 AM

RIP to the people that died that day. I hope their family and friends have found peace.

Just something you guys need to think about. You didn't do anything to deserve this.

---

Rant... It upsets me when I heard people deny the official story. That somehow this was a "conspiracy"...

A few years ago I overheard two guys talking about the deception of the American people by their own government.
Thing is both of these idiots didn't finish high school.

They're on the same level as flat earthers IMO. Complete idiots & they dishonour the people who died that day with their lies.

Saw the date as I came online....911

A car does not "register" when I hear that anymore :(

Remember getting into work that morning....seeing the 2nd jet hit on TV...I came home.

Some people have forgotten...many weren't even born then...

Never forget...

I have been a Chive Charities Green Ribbon donor since 2015. While the Chive website is a time waster and cheeky, the Charity side of it makes me proud to be a contributing member.

This morning I saw they posted this on the site and thought I would share it. Also look at the comments lots of good stuff in there, stories pictures etc.. (scroll to absolute bottom for comments)

I grew up in NY and was in the WTC in July 2001 with my family 2 months before the towers went down. I had promised my son we would come back next year and go to the roof, we had to leave to go meet family for lunch uptown that day in July.

I did not go back until 2 years ago, I had a tough time with ground zero and I did not lose any family or friends, my aunt lost a lot of co-workers at Morgan Stanley.

Perhaps you should read more about it, and remain open to different possibilities?

Building 7 collapsed as a whole at free fall speed with only partial damage.
(These are highly trained professionals risking their careers to give their professional opinions btw..)

https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019-09-05/major-university-study-finds-fire-did-not-bring-down-tower-7-911
Fire did not cause the collapse of WTC 7 on 9/11, contrary to the conclusions of NIST and private engineering firms that studied the collapse. The secondary conclusion of our study is that the collapse of WTC 7 was a global failure involving the near-simultaneous failure of every column in the building.

In fact, as TFTP reported in July, history was made in regard to 9/11 as New York area fire commissioners called for a new investigation into the tragic events that unfolded that day. The resolution called for a new investigation due to the “overwhelming evidence” that “pre-planted explosives . . . caused the destruction of the three World Trade Center buildings.”

Building 6 just blew up even before the towers fell.
Does that look strange to you?

From my hometown. I didn't know Andy all that well, he was a grade ahead of me, I was friendly with his sister in school. Andy worked for Canter Fitzgerald. They never recovered any of his remains that I am aware of. His father was a doctor in our town. The loss of Andy crushed Doc Alameno but, not having any closure I think was just to much for him to bare.

My thoughts are with Doc Alameno, Andy, their family and all those lost that day and those we continue to lose as a result of those events. Doc Alameno I hope you are at peace?

RIP Andrew.

sc_rufctr 09-11-2019 05:29 AM

After a quick Google search...

"Did any Cantor Fitzgerald employees survive?

Out of 960 employees in New York, 658 were killed – no employee in Cantor's offices at the time survived. Whole divisions were decimated. Led by CEO Howard Lutnick, those who were still alive made a decision – the company would survive. They wouldn't let what they had worked so hard to create crumble. Sep 9, 2011"

Lost a friend and teacher this summer, Tom DeFrancisci, a first responder....... he rushed to the Towers...... it was his duty..... He did not see himself as a hero as much as a participant in a historical tragedy...... I do not believe he regretted it to his last breath.....

Good morning Daniel......

Thank you for your words and starting this thread.

This tragic day has been on my mind since yesterday and likely will be all day today.

I will never forget.

You website source is also still pushing the Pizzagate conspiracy, are you open to that one as well.

Huge respect for the men and women who attempted to help others on such a tragic day.

Baz, that's a very, very good video. Only issue is the footage showing the plane rocking is a 747.

Rough day for all.
Peace and strength.

Walk past the nyfd houses and look at the names on the doors, makes me shiver.

I had a young lawyer in my office who's husband was working at home in Pa on 9/11 and lost his two partners. His survivors guilt destroyed him, and his marriage. Not just the dead were victims.

"A new type of war"...:(

Yes, and it's one we must not lose.

When was the last time they had a big win? "We're" doing fine so far...

If it was up to me I'd hunt down every last one of them. Anyone involved, even at the slightest level.

"The person that shall remain nameless" in this most honourable thread spent around $600,000,000 of his own money financing 9/11.
I'd bet a lot of that went to the families of the hijackers. That's exactly were I'd start. No one should prosper because of this event.

rfuerst911sc 09-11-2019 08:27 AM

I went out this morning and lowered our flag to half mast , I then stood back and looked at it . Sent a shiver down my spine as I thought back to that awful day . I hope I never forget. RIP to all involved that day and their families .
