The day has come, and we've said our good bye's.

They say we'll see him again, but i know that is unlikely.

They all want to get this part of their life behind them and not have the reminder that we were needed, or that we even existed.

My prayer is that they have truly taken the turn and will do all they can for this little guy.

But the sad reality is this history repeats. Over and over again...

Our family has been there so many times in our 8 years of foster care.. We are at the fringe of adoption for likely our last child through the foster care system.. It is an emotional rollercoaster..
