Anyone else notice that fall colors aren't as vivid anymore?

Tough for them to be vivid when they are buried under snow.

Yeah, we finally, FINALLY get a taste of fall in Oklahoma City. Yesterday it was high 80s. Today it is 64 with a forecast high of 69. I like it!

Well I hope Patrick is happy! It reached a high of 65 in NW OH today

Still absurdly hot during the day in Houston.

How do you know it's fall?

All the pretty colored leaves, under 2 feet of snow!

Cold front just hit here. It was 78 when I woke at 5am, then 62 at 6am. Yesterday it was 97. Going to be wonderful this weekend with a high of 72 Sunday, but temps will slowly rise to mid 90's come next Thursday.

Not fall yet.

Matt, fall arrives sometime in Dec and Jan...

We will be back to our regularly scheduled weather shortly...

I think Fall has arrived. Temps in the 60s and steady light rain all day. Hate to see summer go this year, it was hot and dry and every day from early August to today was like Groundhog Day. I got used to it.

Mebbe it has....I'm wearing jeans for the first time in months. But I'll be in shorts with a Stihl in an hour or so...sweating a bit. Love the cool mornings now :)...

Finally, sort of. It's 55 (12.5 C) this morning. September seemed to be the new August around here. And September lasted well into October. Now I can work in the garage with a shirt on and no fans blowing.
