Petit Le Mans AWESOME

What a race, watched the last four hours live. Crazy finishes in Dpi and GTD. I am going to attend next year!

Too bad it was the last of the season. I had reservations when NASCAR took over the series....guess I was wrong. They did a great job of working it into today's best sports car racing.

NASCAR basically started the series with John Bishop, as much as I hate to admit. How can a 10 hour endurance race keep me on the edge of my seat through the final lap bt F1 can't keep my attention through the second corner?

I give a lot of credit to Scott Atherton ( former ALMS president ) for being able to blend the Nascar inspired Grand Am sports car series with the ALMS formula when the merger took place . Between Scott and Don Panoz and some folks on the Grand Am side they did a great job in my opinion with the merger . I still want to see more manufacturers involved with the DPI class but it's hard to argue how great the racing is in the GTLM and GTD categories .

Great series.. Good looking cars in GT, all of them really ! The sound of the 991s, followed by a Corvette, goosebumps (I went to Laguan seca this year to see them)
Can't wait for the hi-res official porsche shots of the coca cola cars, while not a fan of the drink, the car looks stunning ( last year they released shots good enough to print. Hope they do it again). I have a free square foot on my garage wall somewhere I'm sure.
