Count me in.

Looks like it could be a good one.

I've waited to watch every one...hope it gives some closure to the series.

sc_rufctr 10-28-2019 02:21 AM

According to the critics it's as good as Terminator 2: Judgment Day. (Maybe better?)

I've seen all the movies in the theatre and I plan on seeing this one as well.

Thinking back to the first movie, who could have predicted such a successful franchise?

Wait, I thought Ahnold got melted?

Eric Hahl 10-28-2019 07:15 AM

This movie picks up after Terminator 2, ignoring the other Terminator flops and is a James Cameron film. Should be pretty good. I thought the original T2 were great, all the others sucked.

The last Terminator was pretty much the end of Skynet, and the humans "won". So this one just ignores that thread and starts over? Arnold can't keep up with the franchise much longer.

This explains whats going on if you are curious.

I guess there are no rules in movie-making.

Star Trek just totally changed the Klingons in the current series. How long before Star Wars just re-invents itself and starts over. Oh wait, they pretty much did and so did Star Trek.

Thanks for posting that...it should help with a lot of questions while viewing Dark Fate

+1, I booked our tickets for this coming Friday at local Angelika theater. Awesome place to watch a movie, smaller room seats 50 or so in big leather recliners, beer and wine available. Looking forward to this for sure.

T2 is my favorite, I’ll definitely see this one.

Really liked this one. Good action, lots of surprises, some humor.

sc_rufctr 11-02-2019 05:31 AM

I just saw it with my son and his GF.

It has an old world feel to it... A lot like Terminator 2. Much better than any of the recent movies.
Spectacular action, great story and lots of surprises.
Just one thing, the CGI during the plane scene was a bit obvious at times but the whole scene was very complex.

And it was good to see the real Arnie as his iconic character.

Saw it last night on IMAX. 2 hours of adrenaline. Loved it.

You guys who liked it seem to be in the minority.

Apparently it's heading for a terrible opening weekend.
