Can someone translate this for me?

I bought a set of East German military riding pants. The kind that look like WWI pants. The kind that you'd imagine Teddy Roosevelt in. Don't ask me why...the price was right.

In the pocket was this note.

My best guess is that this is a secret hamburger recipe, or some burgermeister guy was going to have a serious hamburger cookout, and this was a list of his party guest.

Motormeister's long lost cousin (and his clients)?

But that can't be right.

German speaking PPOTer's please help!

I think it says "There'll be no more toy maker to the King"
Could also say
It's a difficult responsibility
When you an accept an appointment from His Majesty
You must strive for just the perfect quality
When you're the first toymaker to the king!

Pictures of you in the pants or it’s just a piece of paper.

It looks like an invite list to the meeting. It think it looks like he was jotting down names/positions to make sure he had everyone covered. It looks to me to be an incomplete list, like this was a jotting as he had time for it and filled out the full list on a different piece of paper later. Maybe it’s a note from a telephone call?

Orders from those in attendance what they want, and or if they want something from the burger joint.

Do you have a year for those pants? That writing is from someone born after about 1950-55. That's about the time they stopped teaching the Sütterlin cursive in schools there, so he learned to write after then.

^ The pants are listed as 1980's surplus. The coin is 1975, so it makes sense.

My wife has refused to take pictures of me in the pants. Obviously, I must look SO sexy in them, other women would not be able to resist, hence, her reluctance.

If they're East German surplus, there may be a relative of mine on there. (Name on bottom right of list.)
