Double check your TV/Internet plan...
My one year 'introductory" pricing for Spectrum recently expired and went on a mission to save some $$.
I require very fast internet for work, and probably way too many TV channels, but it was a package.. I tested my internet speeds and was getting 60Mbps, not the 200 in the base package and for sure not the 400 I was paying for. I was able to save 20 bucks dropping the 400mb service, and after they made the change my speeds are consistently 120-150... Hmmmm...think they were holding out on me. Check your speeds! Also, my old "Gold" TV package is pretty much the new "Silver", so saved another 20 bucks there by "downgrading". Getting rid of DVR, never use it, another 12 bucks. Last move will be to transfer my cell to Spectrum from Verizon as they both use the same LTE network. All in, I'll be saving 110.00+ per month. I'll also reduce eating out, drink cheaper wine, and pretty much save myself a Caymen payment. :--) Have a good weekend all! -B

They took the FIOS part of Verizon a couple of years ago. Regardless of the pricing stuff above, their service has been good and so far, customer service has been responsive...

Living out in the (semi) boonies, we're pretty much limited to what internet & TV we can get. So we have Direct TV and a local internet using radio transmitters to supply internet they buy from Cox. People here use almost exclusively satellite internet & TV, & we all wish we had more choices.

I live in the North Georgia mountains and we have ONE internet provider it is Windstream DSL . When it works it is decent . The only other option is satellite and I am not interested in going that route . Would love some competition to join in .

Just last week, my DW, and I cut our cable bill by $100 a month by getting rid of all other options than the basic cable, with 10 channels to choose from (I picked mostly sports channels because the wife mostly watches on demand).
