Interesting but given the maker and the fact that is a compromise for weight saving I don't expect much from it.

I think Nissans problems stem from management, not from their engineers. But I'm biased, because I will always have a soft spot for the 240Z.

I wonder what sort of sounds this will attenuate? Will it just be white noise or will it also work on things like noises from bumps or rocks hitting the underside of the car or fenders?

the latter I think - it may be tunable based on the cell sizes used
