I took a couple of very short video on my phone. I can't seem to post it. Tips?

Open a YouTube channel and link them here.
(It's free to open a YouTube channel but there are some limitations in resolution based on views or revenue for YouTube) I've tried to share short gifs & videos here directly but the uploads are limited to photos only.
