But I will note that young women do sometimes entice guys in authority. The correct response is to treat them the way you would want your daughter to be treated.

Absolute power corrupts absolutely and Weinstein was as connected as it gets. He held the keys to starring roles in major motion pictures and decided who gets to play, and who doesn't. I am certain that there were many women who knew the score and were willing to drop their panties and trade a little of this for a little of that. It was a transactional deal with the devil that they accepted. I am sure there were plenty of women who were told in no uncertain terms that if you wanna play, you gotta pay, and some of these were clearly forced upon by the ugly pig.

This is not unique to Hollywood but they have developed the casting couch into an industry norm. Dozens of people knew this pigs MO and either turned a blind eye or physically enabled him to continue because... influence.

I hope he gets the sheit kicked out of him every day, and I'll get ahead of the news cycle:

"Weinstein didn't kill himself."

Has anyone in PARF piped up about how this whole deal is just another example of the current trend of society unfairly picking on the white man? I can think of several guys(?) who would likely think that.

I only scan PARF these days to keep up with all of the soap opera conspiracy theories. I think I saw that Weinstein lost against his rival running for president of the Deep State(TM) and that's why he was brought down. Something like that. Who knew the Deep State(TM) had an official power structure and election cycle but makes sense in all that it does, has its hands on. SmileWavy

People have tried to explain this but IMO haven't been all that convincing.
It's more than money and power. Much like Jimmy Savile he must have had an inner circle that protected him.
The people that protected him should also be held accountable.
