I think in the City of LA, if a robber goes into a store and take item (s) under 900 bucks, all he gets is a ticket, no arrest, nothing even if he destroys an entire store doing so. The store owners are to just bend over and take it. If the store is to hit or hurt these low lives, then he's in a world of hurt, including race crime, I am sure. Question is, why do we allow this to happen?

Doesn't matter if you do or not. We are fooked for sure with these numb nuts in office dedicating our existence.

A friend bought her brand new Infinity and was delivering foot to the Japanese temple at a stop light when a bum came out asking for money. She shook her head and he proceeded to scratch her car with a metal object from one end to the other. She got out screaming and kicking with a cop sitting right next to her at the light. Those guys did nothing and ask her to get back into her car and take care of it on her own. If she would have hit him, they would have arrested her. With this siht, you just can't win. Then we have a bunch of homeless, druggy, low lives loving population trying to save the world all on our dime

Let them arrest me for hitting the car-scratching hobo. I can afford to take the cop to court where we can argue the merits of defending your property.

I caught another hobo the other day trying to start a dumpster fire. I know the cops are totally on my side, but they have to be careful. That's why there is a second where you actually consider leaving them out of it, you know?

How many bums do yo have near you? Is this your business?

I was yapping with a building inspector a week ago that if a bum pitches a tent on the sidewalk there isn't anything a cop can do to throw them out or search the tent knowingly if they are conducting illegal activates such as selling drugs or running a prostitute service. Yep, they now have rights too. I am so tired of listening to that crap. I was up in downtown SF 6 months ago and stayed in one of those up scale hotels. Bums all over the place, hanging around near the entrances, screaming at nothing and people just go about their own way like they are not there. Sad

The property owner just has to tell the bum to leave. If he does not, then the cops have all they need to cite him for trespass. I've done a few video "verbal warrants", which is when the cop rolls video of me telling the hobo that he is not allowed onto the property. If he comes back, all we have to do is call the cops, and he gets arrested.

My office is attached to a business that pays the rent. It's slogan is Too Much Good Stuff. It is the only one of it's kind with Z-E-R-O panhandlers, bums, hobos. They walk on the other side of the street. Only the uninitiated come onto the property, at which time they are received by the un-welcoming committee.

This is an election year. The hobos don't vote. I contribute to campaign$. Get the picture?

Roll down the window and hit them in the face. No way a woman is charged with assault, "I felt threatened." They don't even approach me when I am walking the dogs. A few hundred pound puppies discourage them it appears. Did not work with the 60 pound dog, which is ironic because she would tear your hand off if you started yelling at me.

Sidewalk is public property, which apparently belongs to the bums. Maybe it would help if folks started filing lawsuits against the city/county/state. Business in the Bay Area put a bunch of boulders on the grassy strip next to the sidewalk that had become a bum encampment so they would not be able to pitch their tents. Compelled by the city to remove them.

I could not even begin to guess how many syringes I have picked up walking my dogs. I have a little metal glasses case that I put them in and dispose of them properly. Have found coin bags with meth in them a few times.


Ted, a motivated shoplifter could make a few thousand a day in California.

when my wife worked at JC pennys she had to deal with shoplifters. thing is she would call them her "regulars".
they don't arrest them, she gets threatened, all they do is take the clothes back if they can.
of course when she would confront them or even follow them they would start yelling and screaming about her being a racist or harassing them.

we have "black bike week" here.
you talk to restaurant owners and wait staff, and I have even witnessed it myself, they will come in, eat their meal THEN complain about something and not want to pay.
another big one is no tipping.

we have had business want to close that week because they lose money but of course they have been threatened by the NAACP and or sued because of discrimination.

one year the motto was "destroy myrtle beach".
and they did.
I got up early and rode my bike one morning. every piece of garbage they had was thrown on the side of the road. it looked like 100 garbage trucks drove down the road and exploded with trash.

I dont think I could contain myself in a situation like that . Watching some lowlife destroy everything I have worked for, and taking money out of my families mouth .

I would be unable to contain myself either. Even as a customer witnessing something like this, I would feel compelled to step in. I know, I know - our modern criminal "justice" system is stacked against guys like me. I guess I would have to deal with that after the fact. I think I would find that preferable to dealing with my own conscience if I failed to act, however. We are all in this together, after all - common, decent people against the thugs. Didn't some really smart guy say one time, long ago, something like "all it takes for evil to prevail is for good men to do nothing"? Well, I, for one, will always "do something". I can't help it.

Call me racist all you want, but every time I see the headline for one of these videos I know that 99% of the time the assailant is going to be black. And it’s not because only blacks are singled out for these videos. It really just comes down to the welfare mentality.
