I had a cold a while back, does that count?

I did not feel great yesterday and had a temp of 100F. I have not been around large crowds or travelers but did have an unrelated Doc visit last week requiring elevator use and waiting room. I just laid low and went through some zinc lozenges, feeling better today. Will monitor temp for a few days.
