We've had topless house cleaners for a long while now. They do come with a chaperone. Not that I know this from experience. It was just another newspaper story from the 90's. I guess they actually clean. I don't think it's economical approach.

There use to a strip club in Jax BITD, that the city was trying to shut down (the owner owned a Bright Yellow Slant nose 930 that had been featured in a magazinewith some of his strippers posed on).
Well, during a shut down by the city, he started a topples Car Wash, and the way he did it, the city couldn't do anything about it. The strip did reopen until he sold the property.

They don't make them like that in NJ......

I think that happened when I lived in Jax back in the 80s :D.
