1991 BMW 318is
New Paint
New Interior
Drive Train
Engine is supercharged using a Eaton M45 supercharger from a Mini Copper
GKD Supercharger kit for a right hand drive BMW E36 chassis adapted to a
left hand drive E30
K-Data ECU custom tuned on a chassis dyno by Crucial Motorsports of Apopka,
Florida
Menthol Injection System by Alkycontrol.com to lower intake air temperatures
3.91 Limited Slip differential - was not standard on 318is - standard was 4.11
non limited slip
UCC Shifter
Custom oil pan baffling
4 pintle injectors - 440cc
Installed a factory cruise control system using components from a E30 325i and
an E36 318i
Modified PVC/intake heating system for reduced complexity and improved
performance
Stainless steel clutch line
Custom dipstick to make space for the supercharger

Suspension and Steering
Aluminum front control arms
M3 offset control arm bushings
Offset upper front strut mounts for increased negative camber
Derlin rear subframe and trailing arm bushings
Thicker front and rear sway bars - 22mm front sway bar, 19mm adjustable rear
sway bar
Bilstein shocks
M3 Springs Front and Rear - lowered the car
Z3 steering rack with E36 tie rods - 2.7 turns lock to lock
Derlin steering shaft coupler
Strut tower bar
Front of engine converted to serpentine belt system from an E36 318i in
preparation for a supercharger

Brakes
Stainless steel brake lines
ATE front calipers replacing standard Griling for improved pedal feel
All calipers have solid bushings for better feel and pad wear
Installed wheel studs
