Yeah....technically it's not a cover. But we know what you mean, Joe, and appreciate the sentiment.

Probably more accurate to call it an alternate version.

For many songs that I like I'll sometimes download versions of them that are with certain instruments or vocals removed. And there are some covers that are also great, IMHO.
