How is the best way to start a recall?

The IMS ISSUE. Doesn’t seem to be going anywhere.

My kvetch is the crappy longevity of the ML 350 emission controls. The DEF HEATER. Failed at 85k. 5 k out warranty.

5 k later the DEF counter decided to pull an ex wife and refuse to acknowledge the spooye. Went from 16 starts to 4 and then nada.

Tonight. Same old crap. The dealer did warranty the work. BUT no loaner car and I had to walk home in the rain.

JB be pissed.

A law suit, possibly a class action law suit. Probably cost ya a lot more than just fixing the issue or maybe even just buying a new car.

Seriously? Your car was fixed out of warranty and you want to start a recall because you didn't get a loaner?

In California.....the warranty on emission controls is 100K. Elsewhere 80K It all went to shyte at 82K,

I paid to fix it,,,,,twice. The Fooking parts from Bosch failed. Then then the fooking DEF counter decided to shut my engine down on a Saturday in the rain......took 4 hours to find a tow truck that could handle a four wheel tow that couldn't roll due the the trans freezing all four wheels.

The motor is great.....the fooked up EPA required controls big green donkey dicks and the repair parts are even worse.

Thank Julio that my 911 runs.....

BTW, rants are not to be analyzed.....they are here to have a place to vent.....it's only money that I'm bleeding..... move along have a nice day....
