Off-the-radar car collection wasting away in a dingy warehouse.

The owner seems more like a hoarder rather than a collector.

I will never understand how you can love cars enough to collect so many remarkable cars, but not drive them.

An absolute waste. I can't believe he's bought that many cars and let them all go to waste, in abysmal storage conditions.

Doing a limited detail in place like that makes no sense. You can do as much harm as good, in conditions like that.

Either sell them as is, or get them running and detailed properly.

Whoever owns them is an idiot and you can quote me on that.

Think of the amount of parts/labor it would take to get any of those cars on the road SAFELY, after spending big $$ to buy it.

Based on Google pics I'm not going to say no.

Wasting away? Yes.
Neglected and rotting and ruined?
Not exactly

Sealed warehouse.
I think Larry cleaned out of of the worst cars in there.
Many of the cars look very nicely preserved.
Dust can be wiped off

That is how I feel about all cars. I see guys with G body 911s and happy that is only has 20,000 miles.

For some show car that is in a museum that is cool, but sad it does not get driven. For the cars in that storage shed in the video above it is just sad that they were just shoved in a corner.

Lost for words - absolutely amazing! I would be intrigued to know what the owner did/does for a living.

So, so true. But I think these guys are on a different level.
I've seen several of their details, and they are all excellent.

They're big on PPE, as well. I approve.

Wow! That is completely insane. I will never, ever, understand guys like this who pile up cars in a warehouse and let them rot. My dad has a friend who does this on a much smaller scale. Bought a new Vette about 25 years ago and parked it. It's now in a leaky, moldy old garage covered with crap. Has maybe 500 miles on it. If you can't drive them....what's the point?

No question that these guys are as good as anybody out there, maybe better. It’s just that a limited detail like this is a pointless waste of time, when you have a month’s worth of other work to do to get the car to even run.

You might call it gilding a lily, I’d call it gilding a dog turd.

To get in back on the road would be beautiful. But the value and uniqueness probably trumps all that.

It's just art now.

It's called a "trophy".
You don't use a trophy.

People buy old cars for many reasons, driving is only one of them.
Most 911 guys don't drive their cars at all.
30 years old and a 200k mile car is very very rare.

One day of work added a ton of value for resale. Looks are what sell a car, not a photo of a spinning fan or RPM needle at 900. Hardly a waste of time. These cars are being prepped for sale. Getting them running may not be part of the equation when there are 300 cars.

That’s not how a knowledgeable car collector looks at it. Especially one that buys high-end cars. If you truly care about the cars, that is absolutely not how you would do it.

What's the Ferrari looking car next to the Bizzarini? A P4 replica?

Is that two 288 GTO's in there? A blue one and a red one.

IDK about that. I've resurrected a few cars with new fluids, brake work, a battery, tires and a gas tank look over. Many times that's less than a grand on a DIY basis.

are there any p3/4 unaccounted for ?

I have heard storys of duplicated cars from race wreaks

did wonder at the attention to the buzz car and no note of the P car next to it
as my guess the P car is worth 10 times the buzz but maybe NOT FOR SALE now
