This is the case with the majority of “content” on YouTube. The problem with it is that it gives every idiot out there a microphone and an incentive to do whatever they can to get hits. It’s just a cacophony of noise more often than not.

The same thing can be said of any social media platform of course (perhaps minus the financial incentive to post outlandish / over-the-top content) but it might take a few seconds to read a junk post versus several minutes you’ll never get back to sit through some nonsensical video... one of many reasons I’m reluctant to ever bother watching them (whenever people scream “you HAVE TO see this video!” I tend to ignore it...)
