Our insurance cards come in the mail, but you can also login to the website and download them as a PDF. I print one off so that it comes out about the size of a credit card, so I have one small piece of paper in my wallet. We have 2 cars one one account, so only one sheet of paper.

Thanks.
You guys reminded me I haven't payed my trailer much attention, other than just using it. It hasn't had it's registration paid for two years and same with it's Warrant of Fitness (same as a British MOT). And it's a bit rusty underneath  so it's currently upside down and I'll get it legal soon. |
I still keep the registration in the glove box, with my Insurance on the phone. I keep my drivers license, along with credit cards in a pocket on the backside of the iPhone.

I've never carried any vehicle document in a wallet. |
Just declare yourself a traveling free sovereign citizen. And demand the cop show proof of academy accreditation or face immediate arrest. That'll show 'em.

In MN, you only need to carry the proof of registration if your vehicle is taxed by gross weight, so cars and most passenger vehicles wouldn’t need to carry it.
My insurance cards are the size of credit cards and I think only have my name and no address, so I put the cards in each car and the second copy in my wallet. |
