These are not low-level clerical staff. The US attorney's office would not file charges if they didn't have the goods. Cyber stalking and harassment. But it gets better- wait until the civil suit is filed. eBay is going to get eBoned.

No, I just allow people to recognize sarcasm on their own. That said, if I was a green font user, this would have been one of those times.

He goes off the rails at the end, but he does describe what those criminals did.

I've been using Ebay for a couple of years selling all my photo equipment, which was substantial. Before Ebay I tried a few other outlets with no luck or people just low balling me. Everything I sold on ebay i got top dollar for. The one thing I will complain about is that I was selling with no returns. If for some reason the item i sold was defective I would have no problem refunding the customer. Well on a couple of occasions, the buyer decided they wanted to return an item based on color ( pictures clearly showed the item ) changed their mind, causing me to have lost a sale to somebody else, or buyers winning the bid and never paying ( I didn't ship without payment). Ebay never took my side. The ratings on the non-payers never dropped, some staying at 100%, and I was not allowed to leave feedback for the non-payers. Ebay claimed they would put a non-payment notice on the buyer ( never happened). I'm almost done selling my stuff, only small inexpensive items left. So I've had to take the good with the bad, but without Ebay, I would still be sitting on thousands of dollars of photo equipment i no longer needed.

Good points.

I sold on eBay years ago, in spurts. Would go well until I would get the pain-in-the-but buyer, and I'd be put off for a year, then start again.

Now I have some vintage stuff I'd like to sell, and don't know if there is a reasonable alternative, I think I need more than local exposure. Heathkit stuff, Robot, HO cars.
